WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN AU PAIR FOR OUR FAMILY, CAN YOU HELP US?
In order to be included in the B-lingual Experience family database, so that you may be paired with incoming Au Pairs, we invite you to complete the following steps:
1. Fill in the Family Registration Form and send it to us. The B-lingual Team will then contact you to give you information about the next steps.
2. Complete all of the documentation required for your Host Family Profile.
The documentation that we require from you is:

The B-lingual Experience Terms and Conditions, with all pages completed and signed. We will send you this document once we have received your Family Registration Form.

A letter introducing your family to prospective Au Pairs. This should be approximately one side of A4 paper.

Four or five pictures which show your family in your natural environment, having fun and enjoying yourselves.
Once we have received all of your completed documentation, the B-lingual Team will contact you to organise a meeting either in person or via Skype, so that we can get to know you and answer any questions that you may have.

Your family profile will remain in the database, and will be made available to any Au Pair candidates who are interested. Once a candidate expresses interest in your profile, we will send you their profile so that you can decide whether or not you want to get to know them. If both sides agree that they want to get to know each other, then we will organise a Skype meeting. Before we can organise this meeting, you have will have to pay a 40€ deposit for services to be rendered.
This deposit does not have to be paid until a candidate has shown interest in your family profile, and both sides have agreed to have a Skype meeting.
Given the large demand for Au Pairs, it is possible that a family may not find a suitable candidate. It's for this reason that we only ask you to pay the deposit once a suitable candidate has been found.
The Au Pair candidates choose families based on their characteristics, and what they are able to offer the Au Pair. Therefore we recommend that you be as flexible as possible in terms of preferences and conditions when you are filling in the Family Registration Form.
To give you an idea, the things that Au Pairs normally look for are:

The location of the family residence

The working hours that are required (Monday-Friday)

Whether or not the timetable will allow them to socialise or go to language classes

The living arrangements that the family offers

The number of children in the family

The amount of weekly pocket money that is offered

QUIERO UNA AU PAIR, ¿QUÉ HAGO?
Para formar parte de la base de datos de B-lingual Experience y así estar disponible para los candidatos que vayan llegando, les invitamos a realizar los siguientes pasos:
1. Rellenar el Formulario de Registro para Familias y envíanoslo. El equipo de B-lingual Experience se pondrá en contacto con vosotros para informarte sobre los pasos a seguir para formar parte de la base de datos de familias de acogida en España.
2. Aportar toda la Documentación requerida para completar vuestro perfil de familia de acogida:
Para poder introducir el perfil familiar en nuestra base de datos, necesitamos que nos envíes:

Términos y condiciones B-lingual Experience, completados y firmados en todas sus hojas. Este documento se lo enviaremos una vez hayamos recibido el formulario de registro familia.

Carta presentación familiar para la Au Pair de una hoja DIN A4 (por una cara)

4 o 5 fotos simpáticas. Fotos que sean divertidas de su familia y que les representen tal y como son.
Una vez recibida la documentación al completo, el equipo de B-lingual Experience se pondrá en contacto con la familia para concertar una entrevista personal o via skype para terminar de conocer vuestro perfil y solucionar las dudas que se hayan quedado pendientes.
3. Realizar una entrevista personal con el equipo de B-lingual Experience
El registro en la base de datos de B-lingual Experience es gratuito
El perfil familiar quedará registrado y estará a disposición de los candidatos que se interesen por él. En el momento en el que un candidat@ se interese por vuestro perfil se lo comunicaremos y le enviaremos el perfil de éste para que la familia nos informe si quieren conocerlo personalmente. De querer ambas partes realizar la entrevista personal la familia tendrá que realizar la señal por “Encargo de Servicios” de 40€. Una vez realizada la señal por encargo de servicios, se procederá a organizar la entrevista con el candidato.
Hasta que no tengamos un candidat@ interesado en el perfil familiar y se acuerde por ambas partes realizar una entrevista personal (via skype u otros) no se realizará el pago de la señal por “Encargo de Servicios”.
Dada la gran demanda de Au Pairs, existe la posibilidad de que alguna familia se quede sin au Pair, por ello nosotros no pedimos ninguna señal hasta que no tenemos un candidat@ realmente interesado en vuestro perfil y vosotros en él(o ella).
Los candidatos a Au Pairs eligen a las familias por las características y condiciones que éstas ofrecen, por lo que siempre os recomendamos que seis lo más flexibles posibles a la hora de indicar preferencias y condiciones en el formulario de registro familiar.
Por daros un ejemplo, los au pairs por ejemplo suelen elegir primero a las familias por

la ubicación de la residencia familiar

el horario de trabajo que sea en días laborales (Lunes-Viernes)

el horario que les permita socializarse e ir a sus clases de español

las condiciones que ofrece la familia

el número de niños
-
pocket money o dinero de bolsillo semanal
