Before starting the process of registration, check that you meet the necessary requirements to be an Au Pair. If you meet these requirements, please complete the registration form that is linked below.
Once we have received your completed form we will contact you in order to discuss your profile, and to give you more information about which steps to follow so that you can begin your Au Pair experience!
In addition to the registration form, and in order to start the necessary procedures, we will require the documents which are listed below. Once completed these documents should be sent to the B-lingual Experience team at info@b-lingualexperience.com
All of the documents must be translated into English, or into the language of the host country.
It's important that you complete these documents as fully and as quickly as possible. Please, the first you have to do is filling out the following registration form. Click on
After we have received and reviewed your registration form, we will send you a welcome email with the agency´s terms and conditions and the instructions for starting the search for a host family.
The documents that we will then ask for are:

A “Dear Family” letter, in which you describe yourself, and give information about your family, your experience with children, and the reasons why you want to participate in the Au Pair programme in the country that you´ve chosen.

References - at least one related to childcare. If you can only provide one reference for your child care experience, then please provide another reference relating to your character and personality (this reference cannot be written by a member of your family)

Five natural photos which show you in your everyday life, and one passport photo. The five natural photos could show you with your family and friends (for example on holiday or at a birthday party), and at least two or three of the photos should show you with children that you have looked after while working or babysitting.

A copy of your passport

A signed copy of the Au Pair´s commitment agreement, which we will send to you once we have received your registration form.

A medical certificate, which should be dated no more than three months prior to the start date of your Au Pair programme

A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate if your home country is the UK, or the equivalent police records check from your country of origin, dated no more than three months prior to the start date of your Au Pair programme

The certificate of your last completed level of formal education (e.g. degree certificate, GCSE certificates, any language qualifications), and any certificates of education that may be relevant to childcare (e.g. First Aid, Sports, Childcare)

A copy of your driving license, if your host family requires you to drive.

A copy of your health insurance documents, showing that you are covered for either public or private health care in your host country.

A non refundable deposit of 40€ (or 100€ in case of a host-country out of the Schengen Terrirtory). The agency fee payment is due when the agreement between Family and Au pair has been signed. The fee varies according to the type of programme and country that is chosen.
Once we have received all of the required information from you, we will contact you for an interview which will be conducted via Skype, and can be done either in English or in the language of the host country that you have chosen.
The B-Lingual team will do everything possible to satisfy your requirements and preferences, although we cannot guarantee that they will all be met owing to the nature of the service that we provide. Our ability to meet your preferences depends on your profile as a candidate, and on which families are available at that time of year, as well as other factors.
When we have received all of your completed documents, we will send your profile to the agencies that we work with in your chosen host country. They will then send us the profiles of the families that fit with your profile, which we will present to you. If you like the family, we will inform them that you are interested in getting to know them. If they are also interested, all that remains is to set a date for a Skype call to see whether or not you get along. If you feel that it's necessary, and if the family agree to it, it may be possible to have a second Skype call in order to resolve any doubts or questions.
In this Skype call you will have the chance to get to know the family, and to talk about the living environment that the family offers, the dates of your arrival and departure, your working hours, the tasks that you will need to do within the home, and your pocket money. Above all, the call is an opportunity for you to get to know each other, and to make sure that you are happy to live together for the period agreed. We will be there to advise you throughout the whole process! If both sides reach an agreement, all that remains is to prepare the contract and the letter of invitation so that both parties can sign them!
Once everything has been confirmed and you have purchased your plane ticket, you will then send us a copy of your plane ticket to confirm that you´re on your way.
Important advice:

We recommend that you start the process of obtaining the references, the DBS check, and the medical certificate as soon s possible, as these documents tend to take a while to prepare.

Please do not buy the plane ticket before you have received and signed the contract and you are sure that everything has been fully agreed. We will let you know when you should buy the ticket.

Rather than waiting until all of the documents are completed, you can begin to send us each document individually as and when it is ready. This way we can begin to create your profile.
The remainder of the fees are to be paid once both parties have signed the letter of invitation and the Au Pair-Family contract. We look forward to helping you on this journey!

Antes de iniciar el registro, consulta si cumples con los requisitos para poder ser una Au Pair. Si es así, rellena nuestro formulario que encontrarás más abajo en el listado de documentación necesaria.
Una vez recibido el formulario cumplimentado por ti, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para conocer más sobre tu perfil e informarte sobre los pasos a seguir para poder disfrutar de tu próxima “Experiencia Au Pair”.
Adicionalmente al formulario de registro y para poder iniciar con los trámites, vamos a necesitar una serie de documentación que a continuación detallamos. Dicha documentación deberá ser enviada al equipo de B-lingual Experience al email info@b-lingualexperience.com
Toda la documentación deberá de ser traducida al inglés o el idioma del país de acogida de tu elección.
Es importante que nos la hagas llegar lo más completa posible y sin demora la siguiente DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA. Por favor, el primer paso es cumplimentar, sin ningún compromiso el siguiente formulario de regestro:
Una vez hayamos recibido el formulario de registro y lo hayamos revisado, te enviaremos el email de Bienvenida con los términos y condiciones de la agencia y las instrucciones para iniciar el procedimiento de búsqueda de familia de acogida.
La documentación que te vamos a pedir y que tendrás que gestionar será la siguiente:
• Una carta de presentación dirigida a tu futura familia de acogida hablando sobre ti y tu familia, sobre tu experiencia en el cuidado de niños, las razones por las cuales quieres participar en el Programa Au Pair en el país de tu elección.. etc.
• Referencias en el cuidado de niños. Al menos una relacionada con el cuidado de niños y en el caso de no tener más experiencia en el cuidado de niños otra sobre tu persona, tu carácter (no pueden ser escritas por familiares).
• 5 Fotos simpáticas y naturales que muestren tal y como eres en tu entorno + 1 foto carnet: fotos con tus familiares y en tu entorno (fiestas de cumpleaños o viajes juntos) y al menos 2-3 fotos con niños, los cuales hayas cuidado durante el día o hecho babysitting.
• Copia DNI y pasaporte.
• Acuerdo de compromiso de la Au Pair firmado. Este documento te lo enviaremos una vez recibamos el formulario de registro.
• Certificado médico con fecha no anterior a los 3 meses antes del inicio de tu estancia.
• Certificado de buena conducta y antecedentes penales expedido por autoridad competente de tu país de origen y con validez en España.
• Copia de certificados de últimos estudios oficiales realizados, así como de otros diplomas que acrediten tus conocimientos (primeros auxilios, cuidado de niños, idiomas, deportes…).
• Copia de carnet de conducir si lo requiere la familia de acogida.
• Copia del documento que garantice cobertura sanitaria en el país de acogida por seguro público o privado.
• Justificante pago de 40€ no reembolsable (100€ para estancias en países fuera del territorio Schengen) como señal de “Encargo de Servicios”. Los honorarios de agencias se pagarán una vez se haya firmado el contrato entre la familia y el/la au pair y variará dependiendo del programa y país elegido por el candidato/a.
Una vez nos hayas remitido toda la información requerida nos pondremos en contacto contigo para entrevistarte. La entrevista se realizará via Skype y en parte en inglés o en el idioma del país de acogida de tu elección.
El equipo de B-lingual Experience hará todo lo que esté en su mano para satisfacer tus preferencias y necesidades, no pudiendo garantizar que todas ellas queden cubiertas debido a las características del servicio a prestar, altamente dependientes del perfil del candidato, de la disponibilidad de las familias, lo cual dependerá siempre del periodo del año y de otros factores ajenos a la actividad de búsqueda.
Con toda tu documentación completa enviaremos tu perfil a nuestras agencias colaboradoras en el país de tu elección, para que nos envíen perfiles de familias acordes con tu perfil. Te presentaremos sus perfiles y si te gustan les informaremos que estás interesada en conocerlas. Si ellas también lo están solo habrá que ponerse de acuerdo en una fecha y una hora para que podáis conoceros mediante videoconferencia y ver si os gustáis mutuamente. Si lo crees necesario y la familia accede a ello, también se puede hacer un segundo skype con ésta para terminar de solucionar dudas o seguir conversando.
En este skype o videoconferencia conocerás a la familia, se hablará de las condiciones que la familia ofrece, las fechas de llegada y salida, de los horarios, de las tareas a realizar, del pocket money y sobre todo os conoceréis todos y en el caso de gustaros y estar seguros de que queréis convivir una temporada juntos daros el “si”. ¡Nosotros te aconsejaremos durante todo el proceso!
Si por ambos lados estáis de acuerdo en ser Au Pair y familia de acogida, ya está casi todo hecho. Nosotros prepararemos el contrato o carta de invitación y tan solo tendréis que firmarlo ambas partes.
En el momento en que una familia te haya aceptado y tú también la hayas aceptado, deberás remitirnos copia del billete de avión comprado.
¡Consejos sabios!:

Te recomendamos empezar a gestionar las referencias, el certificado de penales y el certificado médico lo antes posible, ya que éstos documentos suelen tardar un poco más. El certificado médico no debe de tener más de 3 meses de antigüedad a la fecha prevista de salida al país de acogida.

Por favor, no saques el vuelo antes de haber recibido y firmado el contrato y estar seguros de que está todo acordado y aclaradas las condiciones. Nosotros te indicaremos cuando debes de reservarlo.

Te recomendamos que si estás decidida a participar en el Programa Au Pair y quieres que te ayudemos nosotros, te pongas a trabajar y nos envíes la documentación lo antes posible. En el caso de tener preguntas, no dudes en contactarnos para que te podamos ayudar en lo que necesites.

No esperes a tener toda la documentación al completo, puedes enviarnos los documentos conforme los vayas teniendo listos. De esta manera nosotros podremos empezar a montar tu perfil.
El resto de los honorarios se pagarán una vez se tenga la familia de acogida y ambas partes hayan dado su consentimiento firmando la carta de invitación o en su caso habiendo firmado el contrato entre Au pair y familia.
